You already own Intelex. Are you getting the most out of it?

Most environments run on a fraction of what they cost. Fixing that takes an Intelex specialist, and one of those is expensive to hire and impossible to keep busy. We are that person, on the days you need one.

Three ways to work with us

A full implementation, a roadmap you can take to a budget holder, or a retainer when your team is stuck. Implementations run Fixed Fee or Time and Materials. The same six capabilities underneath all three.

Full Program

Intelex implementation

Requirements workshops, App Builder configuration, workflow and business-rule build, data migration from your legacy system, UAT support, admin training and documented handover. Quoted fixed-price against a written scope.

Roadmap and advisory

Which modules to turn on, in what order, and what your team has to change to make each one stick. We audit the environment you have and hand you a sequenced plan you own.

Consulting on demand

Some problems don't need a program. Report and dashboard building, a stuck workflow, a data migration, a formula that won't calculate. A named consultant rather than a ticket queue.

How we work

How an engagement runs

The same five steps whether it is a two-hour fix or a nine-month rollout. Only the length changes.

  1. Scoping callThirty minutes, no charge. We tell you whether it is a configuration problem, a process problem, or a licensing problem. If it isn't ours to fix, we say so.
  2. Written scopeWhat we will change, what it costs, how long it takes, and what we need from you. Fixed price wherever the scope allows it.
  3. Configuration in your environmentUnder your change-control process and your security model. Nothing is built somewhere you cannot see it.
  4. UAT with your administratorsYour team tests and signs off, not us. If it does not do what the scope says, we rebuild it at our cost.
  5. HandoverConfiguration documented, administrators trained, so nothing depends on us afterwards.
About

Who you would be working with

An independent Intelex practice in Toronto. We do not resell the platform.

The person on your call has configured the module you are asking about, in another environment. Usually they can tell you in thirty minutes what kind of problem you have.

Richard Ibanga has worked on Intelex since 2017, first as a Lead Software Implementation Specialist at Intelex itself, then as lead Intelex consultant at Accenture, then on sales and implementation teams at Celonis. He founded Denety in 2023, with more than 50 deployments behind him.

Training and workshops run in French or English.

“I’m the one who actually enters the incidents, so what I care about is how many clicks it takes. They sat with me for most of a day before they configured anything, which nobody had bothered to do before. The form we ended up with has about half the fields of the old one, and I’ve stopped getting calls from supervisors asking me what a field means.”
WendySafety CoordinatorOil & Gas
“We had already had one attempt at this that didn’t take, so I went in skeptical. What was different the second time was that they argued with us. Two of the workflows we asked for, they said plainly we would regret, and they were right about both. Six months on the site teams are using it without me chasing them, which is the only measure I report upwards.”
JimDirector, Health & SafetyManufacturing
“My concern with consultants is ending up dependent on them. They documented the configuration as they built it and trained two of my people far enough that they now make changes themselves. We have called Denety maybe three times since go-live. That is the right outcome, even if it is a poor business model for them.”

Security and data

Your environment, your data, your controls

An Intelex environment holds injury records, medical restrictions and named-employee data. Procurement will ask about this, so here is the answer up front.

  1. We work inside your environmentUnder accounts you provision and can revoke, with the same role restrictions as your own administrators.
  2. We do not export personal dataIncident, medical and personal data stays in your system. Where a migration requires handling it, the scope, the storage location and the deletion date are agreed in writing first.
  3. NDA before scopingWe sign your NDA and your MSA as written, before any discovery work begins.
Consulting on demand

Specialist help without the procurement cycle

Put a retainer in place and draw against it as you need to. No statement of work, no discovery phase, no minimum engagement.

  1. A named consultant, not a ticket queue
  2. A consultant who already knows your configuration
  3. Work inside your environment, under your change control
  4. Configuration documented and handed back to your team
Questions

Questions about hiring an Intelex consultant

Do you replace our Intelex partner, or work alongside them?

Either. We can work alongside an existing implementation partner on a specific module or a backlog of configuration requests, or own a program end to end.

Which Intelex modules do you support?

Incident management, audits, corrective actions, permits, waste, management of change, training, inspections and observations, plus custom applications built in App Builder. If a module isn't on that list, tell us what you need and we will say plainly whether we have done it before.

How small a piece of work will you take?

A single form. Consulting on demand exists precisely so that a two-hour problem doesn't need a two-month procurement.

Do you work in our environment or your own?

Yours, under your change-control process and your security model. Configuration is documented as we go and handed back to your team, so nothing depends on us afterwards.

What does a typical engagement cost?

Email help@denetyconsulting.com for the current rate sheet and we will send it over. If you can say roughly how many locations are involved and whether historical data needs migrating, we can usually give you a figure for the actual job rather than a range.

Where are you based?

Toronto, Canada. We work remotely with clients across North America, with on-site attendance for workshops and go-live where it is needed.
