Terms

Denety Consulting · 28 Ted Rogers Way, Toronto, Ontario M4Y 2J4, Canada

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms cover this website and the articles on it. They do not cover consulting work, which is governed by whatever we sign with you.

What this site is

A library of articles about the Intelex EHSQ platform and about environment, health, safety and quality practice. The first section of each article is open. A confirmed work email opens the rest, and every other article, free.

What the articles are, and are not

Every regulatory claim is cited to the regulator and every platform claim to Intelex's own documentation, with the sources linked and dated under each article. None has yet been reviewed by a named subject-matter expert.

They are a well-sourced working reference. They are not legal advice, not a compliance opinion, and not a substitute for reading the regulation that applies to you. Regulatory thresholds, penalty amounts and platform behavior all change. Verify anything you intend to rely on, against the source, on the day you rely on it.

If you spot an error, tell us: help@denetyconsulting.com. We would rather hear it from you than leave it up.

No liability for what you do with them

We publish these in good faith and take care with them. We do not warrant that they are complete, current or fit for your situation, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a decision you take on the strength of them. If that is not acceptable to you, do not use them.

Your access

Confirming your email opens the library on that browser for a year. It is for you. Do not share the access cookie, republish the articles, or feed them to a scraper or a model without asking us first.

We can withdraw access if it is abused. In practice that means automated scraping or bulk redistribution, not anything a person reading articles would do.

Copyright

The articles, the diagrams and the site are ours, © Denety Consulting. Quote us with attribution and a link. Genuinely, we would like that. Do not republish whole articles.

Intelex is a trademark of Intelex Technologies. We are an independent consultancy and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an agent of Intelex Technologies. Regulatory text quoted from OSHA, the Government of Canada and provincial regulators remains theirs.

Email

We send the article you asked for, two follow-ups over about three weeks, and new articles on the topic you signed up for. One click unsubscribes and it takes effect immediately. What we do with your address is in the Privacy page.

Availability

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available, and we may change or remove articles.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.

Client quotations

Quotations from clients are drawn from feedback given to us and edited for length and clarity. Each individual has approved the wording as published. They are that individual's own opinion, not a statement of fact by us. We show a first name and role only, and we do not name the client's employer. Client organizations are not named anywhere on this site where our engagement is covered by a confidentiality agreement.

Changes

If we change these we will update the date at the top.
